Terms of Service

The Service

One Realm is a tabletop roleplaying platform that provides character tools, campaign management, virtual tabletop features, source extraction, AI-assisted generation, AI chat, generated assets, map and token placement tools, encounter setup assistance, and related features.

Some features are experimental, beta, or dependent on third-party providers. They may not be available for every account, plan, region, or deployment, and they may change, fail, or be discontinued.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You may not share accounts in a way that avoids subscription limits, creates security risk, or violates these Terms.

User Content

User Content means content that you upload, create, store, generate, submit, or display through One Realm, including characters, campaigns, maps, notes, chat messages, prompts, PDFs, extracted content, generated images, VTT state, and other materials.

You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant One Realm a license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, modify, and create technical derivatives of your User Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and requested features.

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload, process, and use your User Content in One Realm.

Uploaded Source Material

One Realm may allow users to upload RPG PDFs or other source material for private campaign extraction and organization.

You must not upload source material unless you have the right to do so. You are responsible for complying with copyright, license, publisher, and platform terms that apply to your source material.

You may not use One Realm to publicly redistribute copyrighted books, PDFs, maps, artwork, or other materials unless you have permission. We may remove or disable access to content if we believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, creates legal risk, or is required by law. Copyright or content complaints may be sent to legal@one-realm.com.

AI-Assisted Features

One Realm includes AI-assisted features such as chat, extraction, image generation, source analysis, map processing, token placement suggestions, and encounter setup features where enabled.

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsuitable, or unexpected.
• AI output may not be unique.
• AI output may require review before play, publication, or commercial use.
• AI features may depend on third-party providers and their availability.
• AI processing may send relevant User Content to subprocessors.

Generated Assets and Output

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for you through One Realm. We do not guarantee that outputs are copyrightable, exclusive, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Do not use One Realm to generate or distribute content that violates law, third-party rights, or our acceptable use rules.

Credits and Subscriptions

One Realm may offer subscriptions and an in-app credit system. Credits are an in-app usage meter, have no cash value, are not legal tender or stored value, are not transferable unless we explicitly allow it, and may expire, reset, or be granted according to your plan.

Credits may be reserved before paid AI or processing work begins. If a paid operation fails before producing a usable result, One Realm may automatically refund the related credits according to the product's credit rules. We do not guarantee refunds for successful operations merely because you do not like the output.

The app may show configured or estimated credit prices before an operation starts. Our account records are the source of truth for debits, refunds, and balance changes.

Subscription cancellation takes effect according to the checkout and billing flow. Unless the checkout or account page states otherwise, cancellation is scheduled for period end, with paid-tier access continuing until Stripe reports the subscription has ended.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate law or third-party rights.
• Do not upload or distribute content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not harass, threaten, abuse, or dox others.
• Do not generate or distribute illegal sexual content or sexual content involving minors.
• Do not create malware, phishing, credential theft, or security abuse.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not bypass rate limits, credit limits, subscriptions, or access controls.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and the right to do so.

Third-Party Services

One Realm depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, payments, analytics, AI, OCR, and other functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or policy changes.

Disclaimers and Liability

One Realm is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

One Realm is a creative tool, not legal, financial, safety, medical, or professional advice. Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.
